Make weight loss a family affair

What it means to smell? It smells better to eat before or after? What are the ingredients? How are they processed? ThenView of a cherry, or grape, or even a raisin. Ask questions. I need to know what in this? What is real? What is natural? What fills me more? Which is better for me? The leaves a better taste in your mouth?
Sit down with your children watching television together and see a load of advertising. Ask the children with a food to choose their view, specially designed for them, and they enjoy it. Go out and buy. Check. Subject to the teststhe above tasks. Ask questions about the advertising. Why advertising company? What do they want to achieve? Who are they advertising for? Help the advertising? Do they serve any purpose? Even the youngest can participate in this kind of discussion with the help and become resistant to advertising is a very useful lesson to learn young!
